Blues goaltender Brian Elliott had an easy afternoon of work, making just 13 saves, and his offense gave him plenty of backup, as the Minnesota Wild didn’t put up much of a fight, in a 4-0 win for the Blues on home ice.

Ryan Reaves and Barrett Jackman scored their first goals of the year and Andy McDonald scored his second goal of the season on the power play to put the Blues up 3-0 in the second. Vladimir Sobotka scored at 8:31 of the third period to round out the scoring.
