Kansas City police say they have found the handgun that fired the bullet that killed an 11-year-old Independence girl playing in the yard of her uncle’s house.
The girl, Blair Lane, was hit by a stray bullet during a July 4th celebration. Investigators have identified four men who used the gun but have not identified which of the four they think fired the shot.
