One of the brothers who founded the defunct U.S. Fidelis auto warranty company has been hit with a $1.7 million person income tax lien. The revenue department has filed the lien against Darain Atkinson. Atkinson and his brother have been indicted on fraud, stealing, and illegal sale of insurance. Those indictments were revealed earlier.
