The crew of the last space shuttle msision has arrived at Cape Canaveral for Friday’s launch. One of the crew members is Doctor Sandra Magnus, who received degrees in physics and inelectricalengineering from what is now Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla. Shelater was a stealth engineer for McDonnell-Douglas.

She and three other crew members will be in space for 12 days on their supply run to the International Space Station. It’s the smallest crew for a shuttle mission since 1983.
