The Federal Emergency Management Agency has added Carter, Lawrence, and Wayne Counties to the long list of Missouri counties eligible for federal disaster assistance. Those three raise the total counties eligible for individual assistance to 25. Carter and Wayne Counties now are among 38 counties eligible for help with repairs to public facilities.
