Former Missouri Tiger running back Derrick Washington’s trial for misdemeanor charges of domestic violence was postponed on Wednesday and scheduled for late June.
Washington was charged after an ex-girlfriend said he poked and choked her during an argument in September. That incident occured shortly after Washington had charges brought against him for a felony sexual assault charge that involved a former Missouri athletics tutor. The trial for that case is also next month.
Washington has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
