The PGA announced that Bellerive Country Club was awarded the 2013 Senior PGA Championship and the 2018 PGA Championship.

Bellerive has been the home of major professional golf events in St. Louis in the past, and will host the senior event in May 2013. By doing so, it will make Bellerive the third course to host all four of the country’s rotating major championships: U.S. Open, U.S. Senior Open, PGA and Senior PGA.

The PGA Championship will be in August 2018. The last PGA event that Bellerive hosted was the 2008 BMW Championship.

Bellerive also was the site of the 2004 U.S. Senior Open, the 2001 World Golf Championships-American Express Championship, the 1992 PGA Championship and the 1965 U.S. Open.
