Flood-waters have swept a Hardenville man and his car off a low-water bridge in southwest Missouri. The body of 54-year-old David Langston was found about 100-yards downstream.

Continued rainy weather throughout the weekend have driven rivers and streams over flood stage. The Mississippi is 7 feet above flood stage at Hannibal and is expected to be 6 feet over bankful in St. Louis at midweek.

The state transportation department has a map on its webpage showing roads closed because of high water.
