Court records say August Busch IV is settling a wrongful death lawsuit over the accidental drug overdose and death of his girlfriend for $1.5 million dollars.
The settlement is with the former husband of Adrienne Martin and the 8-year-old son he and Martin had.
A judge also could allocate some of the money to her parents.
Adrienne Martin died at the Busch estate last December from an overdose of oxycodone, a pain killer. She also had enough cocaine in her system that she could have died from that.
