A second person has been arrested as a suspect in a Kansas City double murder.
Two people were found burned beyond immediate recognition in a running car Monday evening. A woman’s body has been identified. Police are still not sure who the man was. The two men are both charged with murder and knowingly burning. One of them also is charged with a hit and run traffic accident had injured a three-year old boy while they were leaving the crime scene.
