An undercover Bridgeton police officer admits he took bribes and let a suspect know about an upcoming raid.

Former policeman Scott Haenel has pleaded guilty to charges. Investigators say he took money from a suspected money launderer and warned him federal agents were going to search his house last January. The suspected money-launderer had been cooperating with federal agents who had their suspicions about Haenel. Haenel faces as much as 40 years in prison when he is sentenced in July.
