A Wentzville municipal judge accused of drunk driving had been acquitted by a jury. The jury has found Michael Carter guilty of speeding for going 70 in a 60-mile-an-hour zone. Carter’s lawyer thinks the charge was a factor in Carter’s loss in a re-election bid.
