The city council in Neosho has kicked one of its members off the council because she missed three straight meetings without an excuse. Now-former councilwoman Heather Bowers says one of the meetings lasted only 15 minutes and was finished by the time she arrived for it. She says she’s not sure if she’ll run for the council again.
