Two suspected bank robbers have been wounded in a shootout with police after a chase.
Police say the bank robbers fired a shot into the air during the stickup and another one showed victims a possible hand grenade. The wounded suspects are in serious and in fair condition at a St. Louis hospital. One of the policemen suffered a graze wound to his leg.
