Chiefs linebacker Mike Vrabel was arrested for felony theft early Monday morning at a casino in Florence, Indiana.
According to James LaPine, of the Switzerland County Jail, Vrabel was arrested by the Indiana Gaming Commission. Vrabel was booked into the jail around 5:30 a.m., posted bond and was released later in the morning.
Vrabel has released a statement, saying “It was an unfortunate misunderstanding, and I take full responsibility for the miscommunication. I feel comfortable that after talking with the appropriate parties, we will resolve this matter.”
