One of the biggest real estate developers in St. Charles will be auctioning off a large number of lots and a lot of undeveloped land to settle claims by its lender. Whittaker Builders has been working with First Bank to settle the bank’s $90 million loan. The company has been under bankruptcy protection since October of 2009.
