Operators of Cape Girardeau’s sheltered workshop say the county board for the developmentally disabled is behind in its payments for maintenance, insurance, and other costs. VIP industries has filed a $200,000 breach of contract lawsuit. An attorney for the board says there’s no merit to the lawsuit. A court hearing will be held next week.
