A St. Louis couple hopes a $3,000 reward is incentive for someone in the Shannon and Texas County area to return their 11 year old cockapoo. The half-poodle, half cocker spaniel has been missing since disappearing during a party in Shannon County. Lisa and Steve Willie think somebody has their dog, Annie, and knows the Willies are looking for her.
