The company that provides healthcare services for Missouri prisons is growing. The parent company of Correctional Medical Services, Valitas Health Services of Creve Coeur, is buying a similar company, American Service Group. The company will provide service to more than 400 correctional facilities in Missouri and 30 other states. It will have about 11-thousand employees and become the largest company of its kind in the nation.
