The last stretch of closed interstate in Missouri has reopened. The transportation department reported late last night that the stretch of I-44 from Joplin to the Oklahoma line has reopened. Oklahoma has reopened the Will Rogers Turnpike which links to it. The turnpike remains snow covered but passable.
