The Central Missouri Mules made it three consecutive wins at home with an upset over 14th ranked Missouri Southern on Wednesday night, getting a career-high 23 points and nine rebounds from junior guard Reggie Stallings in a 75-65 decision.

The Truman men’s basketball team had two chances to tie in the final eight seconds, but couldn’t manage a bucket as the Pittsburg State Gorillas snuck out of Pershing Arena with a 58-56 win against the Bulldogs on Wednesday night.

Missouri Western got past Emporia State Hornets at home 74-68. Jonathan Phelps led the Griffons with 29 points on 10-18 shooting from the field as the Griffons improve to 9-8 overall and 7-5 in MIAA play.
