A federal grand jury in St. Louis has indicted 11 men for conspiring to defraud online pharmacy customers. One of the customers paid more than $85,000 to the men, who are from the Dominican Republic, and are not in custody.
The indictment says the 11 men sold drugs to victims, then posed as federal agents and threatened to arrest them if they didn’t make payments to people in the Dominican Republic.
