Senator McCaskill promises her subcommittee on contracting oversight will investigate the proposed public auction sale of ornate, decorative marble urns that used to be next to the stage at Arlington National Cemetery.  They apparently were removed when the Arlington amphitheatre was renovated about 15 years ago. They were replaced with modern replicas.

The Army can’t find the paperwork that let the urns get into private hands….a situation McCaskill calls “another example of poor contract management.”
