St. Louis convenience stores owner James Fitch has pleaded guilty to unauthorized redemption of $400,000 dollars worth of food stamps.
Fitch has pleaded guilty to one charge of food-stamp fraud. One of his store managers has pleaded guilty to six counts. They’ll be sentenced later.
