Blues rookie Ryan Reaves scored his second NHL goal which put the ahead and gave them an eventual 3-1 win over the Los Angeles Kings on Thursday night.  The win was the first for the Blues in 2011 as they snapped a five game losing and bounced back from a 7-4 loss at Anaheim the night before.

B.J. Crombeen and Alexander Steen also scored for St. Louis, which got a 24-save effort by Jaroslav Halak. The Blues passed up L.A. in the standings moving from 11th to 9th in the tight Western Conference.
