A Whiteman Air Force base airman is dead in Texas and another is missing. The sheriff in Blanco County, Texas, says Airman Kerby Barbe killed himself after a long standoff with police. He was armed with an assault rifle and had 100 rounds of ammunition. He was considered a suspect in the death of the missing airman. It’s thought his body might be in Nebraska.
