Governor Nixon says Christmas is a time of giving–and giving thanks. He says it’s a time to give thanks for family, faith, and life’s many blessings. He also says it’s important to remember those who are thousands of miles away from friends and family protecting the nation’s freedom.
First Lady Georganne Nixon singles out some of the biggest blessings the state provides, referring to the natural beauties of state parks and conservation areas.
