A company that promised Missourians to reduce their credit card debts and other unsecured debts is going to give back all of the fees it charged and has agreed not to do business here again.
The Attorney General had gone to court against Elite Financial Services. Letters will be going out soon to the company’s customers, telling them of their rights to seek refunds.
