Express Scripts has announced it will spend $73 million to expand its St. Louis headquarters. The expansion is expected to add 150 jobs to the more than 1,000 jobs already at the headquarters. Express Scripts got $4 million in state tax incentives for the expansion. Express Scripts had revenues of more than $24 billion in 2009.
