Nineteen charges accuse four men of a quarter-million dollar auto repair conspiracy in Carrollton. Among those indicted are two owners of an auto repair shop and a Highway Patrolman. Trooper Dusty Berry is one of the four. The indictment says five men–one of whom is an unindicted co-conspirator–bought salvaged vehicles, rebuilt them with parts with altered vehicle identification numbers, and sold them.
