The law passed this year intended to keep political donors from hiding their identities by funneling money through a series of committees has come under court challenge from a bank.

Legends Bank says the law disqualifies certain banks from giving money to political action committees. The lawsuit also says the bill is unconstitutional because it addresses more than one subject, which the constitution forbids, and because the language was added to a bill that began as an unrelated issue, another unconstitutional act.
