A 13-year old boy who admits killing his mother and his stepfather earlier this year in Camden County will not stand trial as an adult. A judge has decided to keep him in juvenile custody indefinitely. The judge describes the boy as an immature sixth grader who should receive therapy and rehabilitation.

The boy will stay in juvenile detention until he is at least 18 and could be kept there until he’s 21 if the court decides to do so.
