The number of people arrested in the shooting death of a man who had gone to Columbia to watch a football game has risen to seven. A one-million dollar bond has been set for Lee Wyatt Carter. He and others are accused of killing the cousin of a Missouri football player who had gone to Columbia to watch Missouri’s game against Oklahoma.
