In Class 5, Webster Groves, last year’s champ, is the only remaining undefeated team, moving to 11-0 with a 40-10 win over Rockwood. Lee’s Summit handed Lebanon their first loss of the season, 31-0.
In Class 4, Kearney, the defending champs won 49-20 over Platte County. Runner up Helias lost to Webb City 35-21.
In Class 3, Cassville, the defending state champs, won 38-8 over Holden. Bowling Green, last year’s runner-up, won 52-0 over Wright City.
In Class 2 Penney, last year’s Class 1 champ who moved up on classification, moved to 12-0 with a 28-7 win over Lexington.
In Class 1, in a battle of unbeatens, Concordia beat Tipton 28-14 to move to 12-0. Westran, 54-6 win over Princeton, also moves to 12-0.
