A Ft. Leonard Wood woman now faces attempted murder and assault charges, stemming from her alleged confrontation with her husband in their front yard.
A federal grand jury has upgraded charges against 25-year-old Chilquitta Wanee Favors, accusing her of attempting to stab her husband to death…and also of stabbing and wounding their 10-month-old daughter while in the husband’s arms.
Federal prosecutors accuse the woman of stabbing Private Charles Favors in the back of his head with a kitchen knife, leaving a six-inch cut, then stabbing the baby in the lower right leg, cutting all tendons, nerves and muscle.
