It’s an indication of how wet 2010 has been in northeast Missouri and southeast Iowa.
Companies building a new Mississippi River bridge at St. Louis say they have lost 81 work days this year because of high water. Missouri Department of Transportation tells the St. Louis Post-Dispatch it still hopes the bridge can open early in 2014.
