A Kansas City judge is thinking about ordering a man with a lot of child pornography on his computer to pay restitution to a woman whose image is part of his collection. Investigators say William Harold Laursen had one of the biggest kiddie porn collections he’s ever seen. Some of the images show a ten-year old girl known on the internet as “Vicky” being molested by her father. “Vicky” is now in her 20s and says she is “terrified” that people around the world enjoy viewing those images.
The judge has not indicated when he will continue the sentencing hearing.
