A St. Joseph policeman has shot and killed another policeman after a training exercise.
The department says one policeman appears to have been demonstrating something to officer Dan DeKrasi when the officer’s weapon went off. DeKrasi was pronounced dead at a St. Joseph hospital. He’d been on the force for five years.
