Emergency treatment wasn’t enough to save the life of a 2-year-old Kansas City girl rushed to the hospital for injuries that authorities suspect came from abuse.
Children’s Mercy Hospital officials report that Brandi Clemoens has died two days after being brought to the hospital. The boyfriend of Brandi’s mother, 25-year-old Antonio Murry of Kansas City, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
