Four women are telling the story again in a southwest Missouri courtroom of a violent night of assaults and rapes when they were girls 13 years ago. They’re recounting what the events that later led to two life sentences and three additional 15 year convictions for a man from Licking.
A jury in McDonald County is hearing testimony in the second trial of Kevin Scott whose convictions were overturned. A court had ordered a second trial.
Scott is accused of going to a home where the girls had gotten together, forcing them to perform sex acts on him and with each other, raping one girl twice and trying to rape another one.
