Murder charges have been filed against five members of a motorcycle gang known as the Invaders.
St. Louis County prosecutors accuse the five of killing two of the men for violating gang rules for its marijuana distribution network. The other, they say, was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. All of the men had been shot. Their mutilated bodies were found miles from a south St. Louis bar were they were last seen in September of 2007. Prosecutors say they got a break in the case after putting pressure on defendants in a federal marijuana investigation.
