Bird droppings forced them out, but the rock band Kings of Leon say they will make good.

The bassist for Kings of Leon, Jared Followill, has told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the band, forced from the stage in July, will return to St. Louis in late September for a free, make-up show. The band left the stage at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater July 23rd when management worried about their health and well-being. The band quit after only three songs. Followill says he would have stayed longer, though he admits that the bird droppings that evening were disgusting, saying he wanted to throw up when some hit his face.
