The New England Patriots announced that wide receiver Torry Holt has a bothersome knee that will keep him out of action for the entire season. For the 34 year old, this could be the end of his career.
Of course, we know Holt for his time in St. Louis. He was a seven-time Pro Bowl selection in 10 years with the Rams, and ranks 10th in NFL history in career receiving yards (13,382), 11th in receptions (920) and tied for 27th in touchdown catches (74). He’s fourth on the NFL’s career list with 77.4 receiving yards per game.
Last year he played with Jacksonville.
