A woman who started a fire that destroyed three businesses and an empty store in Stockton has been sentenced to almost four years in prison. Dina Larson also has to pay 300-thousand dolalrs in restitution. Her sonalready is serving five years in prison. The owner of the building is awaiting sentencing on arson charges.
