The Missouri Tigers cruised to their 28th straight win at Mizzou Arena beating the Georgia Bulldogs 89-61 in front of 13,336 at Mizzou Arena on Saturday afternoon. The Tigers forced the Bulldogs into 23 turnovers and Keith Ramsey said after the game, “teams think they can handle our press, but by the end of the game, nobody wants the ball.”
Blues fire Andy Murray

The St. Louis Blues have fired coach Andy Murray. Davis Payne was named interim coach on Saturday morning by Blues president John Davidson. In a statement that appeared on the Blues website, Davidson said, “I would like to thank Andy Murray for the job he has done here the past four seasons. He was an intergral part in turning the St. Louis Blues around. He is a true professional and I wish him the best of luck in the future.”
MSU moves to 2-0 in Valley Conference play
Missouri State (12-1, 2-0) seemed to find another gear on Saturday night before the second-largest home crowd in school history, as the Bears scored six points in the final 37 seconds to turn back Illinois State, 68-64.
