The St. Louis Rams have placed S Oshiomogho Atogwe on the reserve/injured list and waived LB Dominic Douglas. The Rams also signed QB Mike Reilly from the Green Bay Packers practice squad and free agent S Clinton Hart to fill the roster spots opened by Atogwe and Douglas.

Atogwe, a five-year NFL veteran, finishes his season with 84 tackles, currently second on the team. He added two interceptions, three passes defensed, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. Atogwe had started 60 consecutive games, dating to the 2006 season opener.

Douglas, a rookie from Mississippi State, split time between the Rams practice squad and active roster this season. He played in four games this season.  Hart, 6-0 and 208 pounds, is in his seventh NFL season from Central Florida Community College. Hart was released by the San Diego Chargers on Oct. 14 after spending the past five seasons (2004-08) with the team. Hart played in four games with three starts for the Chargers this season before being released.
