In one breath, Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel said if week one were a playoff game, he feels he could have played. In the next breath, he says this week is going to depend on what the training staff decides. Even he is confused.
Questionable is what Cassel is listed for Sunday’s home opener against Oakland. He continues to move better than he did last week, but he was unable to give a clear answer as to his status. The more and more I listen to him, the more and more I believe he will not play.
