The Missouri Tiger baseball team was ranked 10th in the nation in the press season polls and got off to a horrible 1-7 start, but finished the regular season on Sunday with an 8-5 win over Cal-State Bakersfield to finish with a 32-23.  Now Mizzou, as the #3 seed prepares for the Big 12 Championship.

It will get started on Wednesday for the Tigers as they face #6 Texas A & M in Oklahoma City in the first day of pool play.  The Tigers will then play again on Friday against #7 seed Texas Tech and then take on #2 Oklahoma at 4pm, a virtual home game for the Sooners.

The tournament is set up in two pools with the winners from each pool playing on Sunday for the championship at 1pm.  Texas, K-State, Kansas, and Baylor make up the other pool.  Texas, last year’s winner is the #1 seed.
