Storms moving from southwest to northeast in Missouri last night have left one person dead, several others injured, with widespread property damage, power outages, and flash flooding.
Northeast Missouri has born the brunt of the storm.
A woman in northeast MIssouir’s Sullivan County was killed when a tornado hit her mobile home. Other injuries and widespread damage are reported in Adair, Putnam, Knox, and other counties. Heavy damage is reported in Novinger and in Kirksville.
