The Missouri baseball team finished up his nine game season opening road trip with a 5-2 win over 8th ranked Arizona State handing the Sun Devils their first loss of the season. For the 15th ranked Tigers, it snapped a seven game losing streak.
Tiger coach Tim Jamieson moved past John "Hi" Simmons into second place on Mizzou’s all-time win list. Jamieson is 482-336-2 in 15 seasons at Mizzou.
